General
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use Sellvago.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- Submitting false information, such as an invalid CNIC number, may result in account termination.
- Report any unauthorized use or security breaches of your account to Sellvago immediately.
- While we strive to ensure secure payment transactions, Sellvago cannot be held liable for credit/debit card-related fraud. However, we will support you in resolving any such issues to the best of our ability.

Booking
- Ensure that all passenger names match their official identification (passport or CNIC). Incorrect details may result in cancellation and rebooking charges.
- Upon successful payment, a booking voucher will be issued.
- Prices and availability for pending bookings are subject to change. Contact customer support before rebooking.
- Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed. Cancellation fees apply based on the booking policy.

Travel Documents
- Travelers must possess valid passports, visas (if required), CNICs, and vaccination certificates.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain visas in advance. Sellvago does not arrange visas.
- Confirm visa and passport validity with the appropriate embassy or consulate.

Domestic Flight Bookings
- CNICs are valid for adult domestic travel; children under 15 must carry birth certificates.
- International travel or specific airlines may require additional identification.

Booking Information
- Sellvago reserves the right to verify and cancel bookings with incorrect or misleading information.
- Legal action may be taken in cases of service misuse or fraud.

Prices and Offers
- Pricing may be fixed or dynamic based on suppliers and seasonal variations. Any post-booking changes will be communicated; you may accept or cancel.
- Promotional offers are applicable only to new bookings.
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier policies. Sellvago is not liable for such increases.
- All rates are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

Last-Minute Bookings
- Bookings made within 3 hours of departure are considered last-minute.
- Customers are responsible for completing check-in and obtaining boarding passes in such cases.
- Sellvago is not liable for missed flights or boarding denials for last-minute reservations.
Group Bookings
- For bookings of 10 or more airline tickets, please contact Sellvago customer support.
- Additional charges such as city taxes may apply and must be paid directly at the hotel.
Airline Policies
- Cancellation and change fees vary by airline and fare class.
- Domestic check-in usually closes 1.5 hours prior to departure.
- Sellvago is not responsible for missed flights due to delayed airport arrival.
- Lost baggage must be reported to the airline and airport authorities.
- Seat changes made by the airline are beyond Sellvago’s control.
- Layover policies differ by airline for durations over 6 hours.
- Refunds and partial ticket use are governed by the airline’s terms.
Umrah Travel
- Travelers performing Umrah must have return tickets with the same airline.
Flight Changes and Cancellations
- In case of flight changes or cancellations, the airline will notify you with alternative options or a refund.
- All change policies and applicable fees are controlled by the airline, not Sellvago.
- Regularly check your email and account for updates. Missed notifications due to inattention will not qualify for compensation.
Flight Reservation Transfers
- Changes to name, schedule, or cancellations may incur charges per the airline’s policy.
- You will be informed of alternatives and can choose between them or opt for a refund if permitted by the airline.
- If you fail to review or acknowledge schedule change notifications, Sellvago will not be liable and no compensation will be provided.
Special Supplier Policies
- Some suppliers may enforce specific terms, mentioned before booking confirmation. Please read these carefully.
- By confirming your booking, you agree to both Sellvago’s and the supplier’s terms and conditions.
- If a service is rejected by the supplier, Sellvago may replace it with a similar one (if a price difference is applicable, you will be informed), or a refund may be issued.
Payment Methods
- You can pay via Visa/MasterCard, bank transfer, or Ticketjee Rewards when booking on the website or app.
- If payment is not made before the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled without charges.
Card Fees
- A 2.5% card processing fee applies to all credit/debit card payments. This covers payment processing, fraud prevention, IT infrastructure, and administrative costs.
Credit Card Chargebacks
- Any chargeback fees incurred by Sellvago from its payment provider will be passed on to the cardholder and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after reviewing the supplier or airline’s terms. The same payment method used for booking will be used for refunds.
- Bank transfer/cash refunds: 5–7 business days.
- Non-refundable charges (e.g. taxes, fees) will be deducted per airline policies.
- Refund requests must be raised through WhatsApp (+92 xxxxxxxx / +92 xxxxxxxx) if not received within the timeline.
- Refunds for non-card payments will be issued in the passenger’s name.
- Refunds are subject to airline rules and internal processing timelines.
Problems and Complaints
- Sellvago aims to resolve disputes fairly. Submit complaints via email to support@sellvago.com.
- Complaints must be submitted by the affected customer or their authorized representative, along with booking reference and relevant evidence.
- Failure to provide required information may result in rejection of the complaint.
- If the complaint is baseless or damages Sellvago’s reputation, we reserve the right to reject it and seek compensation.
